Tie make step:

2 . Splicing the tie cloth . Splicing the big end , middle end , and small end fabrics together . Precautions for splicing : The splicing position is a 45degree diagonal line . The stripes on the front of the fabric should look natural and beautiful , and the seam on the back of the fabric should be wider . 

3 . Make the tie lapel . The production level of the lapels directly reflects the grade in the tie . Before sewing , the two ends of the tie should be trimmed into right angles and equal sides , symmetrical to the left and right , and then the reverse side of the tie and the reverse side of the silk should be closely attached . After the overlock is finished , turn it over to the front and iron it flat . 

4 . Preliminarily iron the tie . Lay the tie face down on the ironing table , place the tie lining in the middle of the tie , fold the edge of the tie inward by 0.5 inches , the fold should be in a straight line , and then fold the sides closer together after ironing , iron again flat , and use a bead needle fixed . 5 . Sew the tie . The centerline behind the sarcasm and the tie . Hand-stitched with topstitching , you can sew straight lines or fork lines , depending on the pattern of the tie and the color of the stitching . 6 . Iron the new tie to make it straight and beautiful , so that the manual tie are finished . Button ties / tied method : 1 . Draw a pattern of a tie , and cut two pieces of cloth facing each other , paying attention to the seam allowance . Sew face-to-face and turn to the front ; 2 . Prepare a small piece of 45-degree twill fabric of the same color , 6.5cm*7cm for the bow tie , and 5cm*20cm for the upper part of the bow tie , all including seam allowances ; 3 . Pinch out the folds from top to bottom of the tie body , about 2cm-2.5cm , and sew it on by hand ; 4 . Sew the 6.5cm*7cm cloth strip on the reverse side , turn it over to the front , make a bow tie , and sew it on the fold of the tie ; 5 . Make the upper cloth strip of the bow tie , still sew on the side , turn it over to the front , and sew buttonholes at both ends of the cloth strip according to the size of the button (if there is no lock presser foot , you can choose hand sewing ) ; 6 . Fold the cloth strip made in 5 in half , Pay attention to the midpoint and sew on the back of the bow tie ; 7 . Sew buttons on both ends of the shirt collar , paying attention to the position of the buttonholes . The maintenance method of the zipper tie is as follows : 1 . Remove the tie cloth , then fix the raw side of the back , and take one end of the tie and turn it from the front of / for the stereotyped plastic . 2 . Go through that side like a normal tie , pull it tight , and sew it on the back with a thread . 3 . Take two stitches according to the original trace . If the zipper is broken , you can only remove the zipper and replace it with a cloth tape .
