When a customer make an order to us, we should know the detail of the tie. Including size, material, pattern, color, an ext.
If the detail is clear, we will start the first step for make ties.
1.Design a pattern by our designer.
We will send your design to our pattern designer first time, and the designer will begin to design. After this step, we will send you a simulation diagram of the tie you design. If there is no problem, we will start make a FABRIC for you. And check the color first time. We will send you the fabric if necessary.
2. Make a sample necktie for you.
When the pattern document is designed, and the color make sure, we will produce the fabric for make a sample. Our woven jacquard equipment will produce in 2 days. After tread the fabric, we will cutting the fabric, and handmade a sample tie for you. It will cost about 7-10 Days total.
3. Confirm the delivery and price.
After sample production, we will send you the sample and the delivery time, and the accurate price.
4.Start final production
If the delivery time and the price is acceptable, we will charge for parts of the goods.
In the ordinary course of events, we produce ties ABOUT 20 DAYS.
5. Dispatch the ties to you.
When ties produced, you should pay full price before sending the ties.
